After selling my business, I pivoted to bring more heart to the Succession Planning process because it’s more than numbers and strategy, it’s about people. My approach blends 10+ years of coaching training and certifications with deep empathy, humor, and unique perspectives as the only woman partner in my previous firm in a male-dominated industry.
