Through Integrity Insurance NW, my work focuses on three connected areas: Medicare guidance for individuals, employer benefits strategy, and age-65 transition planning for businesses with Medicare-eligible employees.
For individuals, I help make Medicare decisions easier to understand by walking through plan options, timing, prescriptions, provider access, and the tradeoffs that matter in real life.
For employers, I help small businesses think more strategically about health benefits — including cost, predictability, employee choice, and whether the current benefits approach still fits the business.
I also work with employers who have employees approaching age 65. These transitions can create confusion for both the employee and the business, especially when Medicare and employer coverage overlap. My goal is to help employers create a clearer, more thoughtful process so employees get better education and businesses avoid unnecessary surprises.
